Our qualified counsellors work alongside you to listen, support and help you develop practical strategies that improve your wellbeing.

This service is available to adults and young people enrolled with a Toi Manawa Alliance general practice.
If you're not enrolled with one of our practices but live in the Eastern Bay of Plenty, we'll help you understand the support options available to you.
Our experienced counsellors provide confidential support in a safe, welcoming environment.
How do I access this service?
